S.I. No. 85/2012 - European Communities (Driving Theoretical Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

1. These Regulations may be cited as European Communities (Driving Theoretical Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

2. In these Regulations “the Principal Regulations” mean the European Communities (Driving Theoretical Tests) Regulations 2003 (

S.I. No. 52 of 2003

).

3. These Regulations come into operation twenty one days after the date on which they are signed.

4. The Principal Regulations are amended in Regulation 5(4), by substituting “€45.00” for “€40.60” inserted by the European Communities (Driving Theoretical Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 (

S.I. No. 36 of 2011

).
