S.I. No. 78/2012 - Sea-Fisheries (Technical Measures) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Sea-Fisheries (Technical Measures) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

2. The Sea-Fisheries (Technical Measures) Regulations 2011 (

S.I. No. 481 of 2011

) are amended by the substitution, for Regulation 2(1) of—

“2.(1) In these Regulations “Technical Measures Regulation” means those provisions of Annex III to Council Regulation (EC) No. 43/2009 of 16 January 2009

as amended by Council Regulation (EC) No 753/2009 of 27 July 2009

and Council Regulation (EC) No. 1288/2009 of 27 November 2009

(which is amended by Regulation (EU) No. 579/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011

) and Commission Regulation (EU) No 161/2012 of 23 February 2012.”

3. These Regulations shall remain in force until the 25 August 2012.
