S.I. No. 68/2012 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Environment, Community and Local Government) Order 2012.

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Environment, Community and Local Government) Order 2012.

2. Mr. Aidan Culhane, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Environment, Community and Local Government, Custom House, Dublin 1 on 20 December 2011, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Jan O’Sullivan, Minister of State at the Department of Environment, Community and Local Government with effect from 20 December 2011.
