1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as Totalisator (Horse Racing) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.
(2) These Regulations come into operation on 18 December 2012.
2. The Totalisator (Horse Racing) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 (
S.I. No. 72 of 2002
), are amended—
(
a
) in Regulation 3(1), in the definition of “multiple pool” by substituting for paragraph (
a
) the following
“(
a
) in which 2 or more races are involved,”,
and
(
b
) in Regulation 9(1) and (2), by substituting “70 percent” for “75 percent”, where it occurs.
