S.I. No. 523/2012 - Personal Injuries Assessment Board (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Personal Injuries Assessment Board (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

2. These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2013.

3. The Personal Injuries Assessment Board (Fees) Regulations 2004 (

S.I. No. 251 of 2004

) are amended in Regulation 5 (amended by Regulation 3(

b

) of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 (

S.I. No. 41 of 2011

)), by substituting “€600” for “€850”.

These Regulations set out the charge to be made by the Personal Injuries Assessment Board on respondents in respect of the processing of applications by the Board under

section 11

of the

Personal Injuries Assessment Board Act, 2003

. They provide for a reduction in the existing charge. The Regulations come into effect on 1 January 2013.
