S.I. No. 495/2012 - Diseases of Animals Act 1966 (Notification and Control of Animal Diseases) (Amendment) Order 2012.

1. This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals Act 1966 (Notification and Control of Animal Diseases) (Amendment) Order 2012 and comes into operation on 1 January 2013.

2. The Diseases of Animals Act 1966 (Notification and Control of Animal Diseases) Order 2008 (

S.I. No. 101 of 2008

) is amended in the Schedule, (inserted by the Diseases of Animals Act 1966 (Notification and Control of Animal Diseases) (Amendment) Order 2010 (

S.I. No. 475 of 2010

) by the insertion after “Bovine Leucosis” of “Bovine Viral Diarrhoea”.
