S.I. No. 493/2012 - Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009 (Commencement) Order 2012.

1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009 (Commencement) Order 2012.

2. The 1st day of January 2013 is appointed as the day on which Part 5 of the

Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009

(No. 25 of 2009) shall come into operation.
