Statutory Text (7 Articles)
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Intoxicating Liquor Act 2003 (Section 21) (Royal Dublin Society) Regulations 2012.
2. In these Regulations “Act of 2003” means the
Intoxicating Liquor Act 2003
(No. 31 of 2003).
3. The stadium, known as Royal Dublin Society, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, is designated as a national sporting arena.
4. The areas indicated by the colour red on the map of the designated national sporting arena referred to in Regulation 3 and set out in Schedule 1 are prescribed for the purposes of section 21(4)(
a
) of the Act of 2003.
5. The areas indicated by the colour blue on the map of the designated national sporting arena referred to in Regulation 3 and set out in Schedule 2 are prescribed for the purposes of section 21(4)(
b
) of the Act of 2003.
6. The Intoxicating Liquor Act 2003 (Section 21) Regulations 2005 (
S.I. No. 824 of 2005
) are revoked.

Map referred to in Regulation 4
The areas of the designated national sporting arena referred to in Regulation 3 which are prescribed for the purposes of section 21(4)(
a
) of the Act of 2003 are indicated in red.
SCHEDULE 2
Map referred to in Regulation 5
The areas of the designated national sporting arena referred to in Regulation 3 which are prescribed for the purpose of section 21(4)(
b
) of the Act of 2003 are indicated in blue.
