1. These Regulations may be cited as the Credit Institutions Resolution Fund Levy (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

2. The Schedule to the Credit Institutions Resolution Fund Levy Regulations 2012 (

S.I. No. 381 of 2012

) is amended-

(

a

) in Column (3), at Reference Number 1, by the substitution of “€1,000,000” for “€1,000,000,000”,

(

b

) in Column (3), at Reference Number 2, by the substitution of “€1,000,000” for “€1,000,000,000”, and

(

c

) in Column (3), at Reference Number 3, by the substitution of “€1,000,000” for “€1,000,000,000”.
