1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2012 (Commencement) (No. 5) Order 2012.

2. The 1st day of November 2012 is appointed as the day on which

sections 13 to 15

of the

Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2012

(No. 17 of 2012) come into operation.
