1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Agricultural or Forestry Tractors Type Approval) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

2. The European Communities (Agricultural or Forestry Tractors Type Approval) Regulations 2011 (

S.I. No. 531 of 2011

) are amended in Regulation 2(1), by substituting for the definition of “Tractor Directive” the following—

“ ‘Tractor Directive’ means Directive 2003/37/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 May 2003
