1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Female Genital Mutilation) Act 2012 (Commencement) Order 2012.

2. The 20th day of September 2012 is appointed as the day on which the

Criminal Justice (Female Genital Mutilation) Act 2012

(No. 11 of 2012) shall come into operation.
