1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Avian Influenza) (Control on Movement of Pet Birds) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

2. The European Communities (Avian Influenza) (Control on Movement of Pet Birds) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 (S.I. 10 of 2011) are revoked.
