1. This order may be cited as the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Order 2012.

2. The 1st day of August 2012 is appointed as the day on which the

Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2012

(No. 32 of 2012) shall come into operation.
