1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Phytosanitary Measures) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

2. The European Communities (Phytosanitary Measures) Regulations 2007 (

S.I. No. 202 of 2007

) are amended in Regulation 2(1), by substituting for the definition of “Commission Decision” the following—

“ ‘Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision 2003/766/EC of 24 October 2003

as amended by Commission Decision 2006/564/EC of 11 August 2006

and Commission Decision 2008/644/EC of 25 July 2008;”.
