S.I. No. 28/2012 - Oireachtas (Allowances) (Certain Ministers of State) Order 2012.

1. This Order may be cited as the Oireachtas (Allowances) (Certain Ministers of State) Order 2012.

2. There is payable to—

(

a

) Paul Kehoe, Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach and at the Department of Defence, for any period beginning on or after 9 March 2011, and

(

b

) Jan O’Sullivan, Minister of State at the Department of Environment, Community and Local Government, for any period beginning on or after 20 December 2011,

as the holders of those offices, respectively, who regularly attend meetings of the Government, an annual allowance each at the rate of €17,205.

3. Article 5 of the Oireachtas (Allowances) (Members and Holders of Parliamentary and Certain Ministerial Offices) Order 2011 (

S.I. No. 347 of 2011

) is revoked.
