S.I. No. 213/2012 - European Communities (Official Controls on the Import of Food of Non-Animal Origin for Pesticide Residues) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2012.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Official Controls on the Import of Food of Non-Animal Origin for Pesticide Residues) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2012.

2. The European Communities (Official Controls on the Import of Food of Non-Animal Origin for Pesticide Residues) Regulations 2011 (

S.I. No. 426 of 2011

) are amended by substituting in Regulation 2(1) for the definition of “Commission Regulation 669/2009” the following—

“‘Commission Regulation 669/2009’ means Commission Regulation (EC) No. 669/2009 of 24 July 2009

as amended by Commission Regulation (EU) No. 212/2010 of 12 March 2010

and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 294/2012 of 3 April 2012;”.

3. The European Communities (Official Controls on the Import of Food of Non-Animal Origin for Pesticide Residues) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 (

S.I. No. 46 of 2012

) are revoked.
