1. This Order may be cited as the Ombudsman for Children Act 2002 (Section 11(2)(
a
)) Order 2012.
2. Subsection (1)(
e
)(iii) of
section 11
of the
Ombudsman for Children Act 2002
shall cease to have effect on and after 1 July 2012.
The Minister for Justice and Equality consents to the making of the foregoing Order.

) and with the consent of the Minister for Justice and Equality, hereby order as follows
