1. This Order may be cited as Student Support Act 2011 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2012.

2. The 22 day of May 2012 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the
Student Support Act 2011
(No. 4 of 2011) shall come into operation
(
a
) subsection (1)(
e
) of section 12;
(
b
) section 13;
(
c
) subsection (1)(
c
) of section 19;
(
d
) section 22.
