S.I. No. 119/2012 - Local Government (Household Charge) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2012.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Household Charge) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2012.

2. The Local Government (Household Charge) Regulations 2012 (

S.I. No. 1 of 2012

)(as amended by the Local Government (Household Charge) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 (

S.I. No. 81 of 2012

)) are amended by the insertion of the following Regulations after Regulation 10

“11.The Property Registration Authority established by the

Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006

is prescribed under section 14(3)(

e

) of the Act.

12. A fee shall not be payable in respect of the provision of information by the person prescribed by Regulation 11.”.
