1. This Order may be cited as the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011 (Establishment Day) Order 2012.

2. The 3rd of April 2012 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the

Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011

(No. 40 of 2011).
