S.I. No. 105/2012 - Road Traffic (Special Permits for Particular Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Special Permits for Particular Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

2. In these Regulations “Regulations of 2009” means the Road Traffic (Specialised Vehicle Permits Regulations 2009 (S.I. 147 of 2009).

3. Regulation 2A (inserted by Regulation 11 of the Regulations of 2009) of the Road Traffic (Special Permits for Particular Vehicles) Regulations 2007 (

S.I. No. 283 of 2007

) is revoked.

4. Regulation 11 of the Regulations of 2009 is revoked.
