1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (State Authority) Order 2011.
2. The Office of the Ombudsman for Children is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (
j
) of the definition of “State authority” in
section 7
(1) of the
National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000
(No. 39 of 2000).
The Minister for Health and Children consents to the making of the foregoing Order.
