These Regulations amend the European Communities (Cosmetic Products) Regulations 2004. They update the law in relation to the manufacture, marketing and sale of cosmetic products by the implementation of Commission Directive 2011/59/EU of 13 May 2011. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Cosmetic Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2011.
