1. This Order may be cited as the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (Amendment) Act 2011 (Commencement) Order 2011.

2. The 1st day of January 2012 is appointed as the day on which the

Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (Amendment) Act 2011

(No. 39 of 2011) shall come into operation.
