S.I. No. 583/2011 - Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 (Commencement) (Part 5) (No. 2) Order 2011.

1. This Order may be cited as the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 (Commencement) (Part 5) (No. 2) Order 2011.

2. The 15 day of November 2011 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011

(No. 20 of 2011) come into operation

b

) section 29.
