Mr. Sean McKeown, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government, Custom House, Dublin 1 on 1 September 2011, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government with effect from 3 October 2011.
