S.I. No. 543/2011 - Road Traffic Act 2010 (Certain Provisions) (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2011.

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 2010 (Certain Provisions) (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2011.

2. The day fixed as the day on which—

(

a

) Chapters 1 to 6 (other than section 11), 7 (other than section 26(5)), 8 and 9 (other than section 32) of Part 2, and

(

b

) sections 60, 61, 63, 64, 65 and 87,

of the

Road Traffic Act 2010

(No. 25 of 2010) come into operation is 28 October 2011.
