S.I. No. 503/2011 - Harbours Act 1996 (Tralee and Fenit Pier and Harbour Commissioners) Transfer Order 2011.

1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act 1996 (Tralee and Fenit Pier and Harbour Commissioners) Transfer Order 2011.

2. This Order comes into operation on 1 October 2011.

3. The property, rights and liabilities and every member of staff of Tralee and Fenit Pier and Harbour Commissioners are transferred to Kerry County Council.
