S.I. No. 5/2011 - Cluster Munitions and Anti-Personnel Mines Act 2008 (Convention on the Prohibition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines and on their Destruction) Order 2011.

1. This Order may be cited as the Cluster Munitions and Anti-Personnel Mines Act 2008 (Convention on the Prohibition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines and on their Destruction) Order 2011.

2. It is hereby declared that each state specified in the Schedule to this Order is an Anti-Personnel Mine Ban Convention state.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the 13th day of January 2011.
