1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation) Order 2011.

2. Mr. Ciaran Conlon, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, 23 Kildare Street, Dublin 2 on 29 March 2011, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation with effect from 29 March 2011.
