S.I. No. 474/2011 - Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 (Commencement) (Part 5) Order 2011.

1. This Order may be cited as the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 (Commencement) (Part 5) Order 2011.

2. The 21st day of September 2011 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011

(No. 20 of 2011) come into operation

(

a

) sections 15 to 19;

(

b

) sections 22 to 27; and

(

c

) sections 30 to 42.
