1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach) Order 2011.

2. Mark O’Doherty, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of the Taoiseach, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Paul Kehoe, Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach, with effect from 11 April 2011.
