1. This Order may be cited as the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 (Commencement) Order 2011.

2. The 7th day of September 2011 is appointed as the day upon which section 48, in so far only as it relates to

sections 188

and

(3) of the

Local Government Act 2001

(No. 37 of 2001), of the

Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011

(No. 20 of 2011) shall come into operation.
