1. This Order may be cited as the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2011.

2. The 23rd day of August 2011 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011

(No. 20 of 2011) come into operation

(

a

) sections 1 to 14;

(

b

) sections 20 and 21; and

(

c

) sections 43 to 47.
