1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 2011 (Commencement) Order 2011.

2. The 9th day of August 2011 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Criminal Justice Act 2011

(No. 22 of 2011) shall come into operation

) Part 1 (other than section 5);

(

b

) sections 7 (other than paragraph (

)) and 8;

(

) Part 3;

(

) Schedules 1 and 2.
