S.I. No. 41/2011 - Personal Injuries Assessment Board (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2011.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Personal Injuries Assessment Board (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2011.

2. These Regulations come into operation on 1 February 2011.

3. The Personal Injuries Assessment Board (Fees) Regulations 2004 (

S.I. No. 251 of 2004

) are amended—

(

a

) in Regulation 4, by substituting “€45” for “€50”, and

(

b

) in Regulation 5 (amended by Regulation 3 of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 (

S.I. No. 869 of 2007

)), by substituting “€850” for “€1,050”.

These Regulations set out the charges to be made by the Personal Injuries Assessment Board on claimants and respondents in respect of the processing of applications by the Board under

section 11

of the

Personal Injuries Assessment Board Act 2003

. They provide for a reduction in the existing charges. The Regulations come into effect on 1 February 2011.
