Statutory Text (6 Articles)
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Refugee Act 1996 (Travel Document and Fee) Regulations 2011.
2. (1) These Regulations come into operation on 1 August 2011.
(2)“Act of 1996” means the
Refugee Act 1996
(No. 17 of 1996).
3. The form specified in the Schedule is prescribed for the purposes of sections 4(3) and 24(5) of the Act of 1996.
4. The amount of €80 is prescribed for the purposes of sections 4(1), 18(6) and 24(3) of the Act of 1996.
5. The Refugee Act 1996 (Travel Document) Regulations 2000 (
S.I. No. 347 of 2000
) are revoked.
