1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Control on Mussel Fishing) Regulations 2008 (Amendment) Regulations 2011.

2. The European Communities (Control on Mussel Fishing) Regulations 2008 (

S.I. No. 347 of 2008

) are amended by deleting, in the Schedule, paragraph (

u

) (inserted by the European Communities (Control on Mussel Fishing) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2010 (

S.I. No. 592 of 2010

)).

3. The European Communities (Control on Mussel Fishing) Regulations (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2010 (

S.I. No. 592 of 2010

) are revoked.
