S.I. No. 36/2011 - European Communities (Driving Theoretical Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 2011.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as European Communities (Driving Theoretical Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 2011.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 1 February 2011.

(3) In these Regulations “the Principal Regulations” mean the European Communities (Driving Theoretical Tests) Regulations 2003 (

S.I. No. 52 of 2003

).

2. The Principal Regulations are amended in Regulation 5(4), by substituting “€40.60” for “€35.60” inserted by the European Communities (Driving Theoretical Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 2005,
