1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Health) Order 2011.

2. Mr. Mark Costigan, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Health, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Health with effect from 31 March 2011.
