S.I. No. 331/2011 - National Minimum Wage Act 2000 (Section 11) (No. 2) Order 2011.

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the National Minimum Wage Act 2000 (Section 11) (No. 2) Order 2011.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on 1 July 2011.

2. It is hereby declared that the national minimum hourly rate of pay for the purposes of the

National Minimum Wage Act 2000

(No. 5 of 2000) shall be €8.65.
