1. This Order may be cited as the Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 (Part 8) (Commencement) Order 2011.

2. The 31st day of March 2011 is appointed as the day on which

of the

Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005

(No. 27 of 2005) comes into operation.

This Order commences

Part 8

of the

Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005

with effect from 31st March 2011 for the purpose of providing for the dissolution of the National Social Work Qualifications Board and to allow for the appointment of a day as the transfer day for the purposes of this Part of the Act.
