S.I. No. 133/2011 - European Communities (Foot and Mouth Disease) (Restrictions on Imports from Bulgaria) (Amendment) Regulations 2011.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Foot and Mouth Disease) (Restrictions on Imports from Bulgaria) (Amendment) Regulations 2011.

2. The European Communities (Foot and Mouth Disease) (Restrictions on Imports from Bulgaria) Regulations 2011 (

S.I. No. 12 of 2011

) are amended, in Regulation 2(1), by substituting for the definition of “Commission Decision” the following

“ ‘Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision No. 2011/44/EU of 19 January 2011;”.
