S.I. No. 10/2011 - European Communities (Avian Influenza) (Control on Movement of Pet Birds) (Amendment) Regulations 2011.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Avian Influenza) (Control on Movement of Pet Birds) (Amendment) Regulations 2011.

2. The European Communities (Avian Influenza) (Control on Movement of Pet Birds) Regulations 2007 (

S.I. No. 96 of 2007

) are amended in Regulation 2(1) by substituting for the definition of “Commission Decision” the following—

“ ‘Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision 2007/25/EC of 22 December 2006 and Commission Decision 2010/734/EU of 30 November 2010;”.
