1.— Section 18 of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 is amended, in the definition of “designated body”, by deleting “and” in paragraph (ee), by substituting “plc,” for “plc.” in paragraph (ef) and by inserting after paragraph (ef) the following
“(eg) the Commission for Energy Regulation,”.
