S.I. No. 91/2010 - Statistics (Service Inquiries) (Amendment) Order 2010.

1. This Order may be cited as the Statistics (Service Inquiries) (Amendment) Order 2010.

2. The Statistics (Service Inquiries) Order 2008 (

S.I. No. 77 of 2008

) is amended by substituting the following for Article 2

“2. This Order is made for the purposes of giving full effect to Regulation (EC) No. 295/2008

of 2 February 2009, Commission Regulation (EC) No 250/2009

of 11 March 2009 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 251/2009
