1. This Order may be cited as the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) (No. 2) Order 2010.

2. The 1st day of January 2011 is appointed as the day on which

to, the

Central Bank Reform Act 2010

(No. 23 of 2010) come into operation.
