S.I. No. 671/2010 - Civil Registration (Civil Partnership Registration Form) Regulations 2010.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Registration (Civil Partnership Registration Form) Regulations 2010.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2011.

2. The form set out in the Schedule is prescribed as the form referred to in section 59C(5) (inserted by

Section 16

of the

Civil Partnership and Certain Rights and Obligations of Cohabitants Act 2010

(No. 24 of 2010)) of the

Civil Registration Act 2004

(No. 3 of 2004).
