1. This Order may be cited as the Protection of Children (Hague Convention) Act 2000 (Commencement) Order 2010.

2. The 1st day of January 2011 is appointed as the day on which the

Protection of Children (Hague Convention) Act 2000

(No. 37 of 2000) shall come into operation.
